Synopsis

Cover pencils by Dan DeCarlo. Stories by Frank Doyle, Joe Edwards and unknown. Art by Harry Lucey, Joe Edwards, Bill Vigoda, Vincent DeCarlo and Marty Epp. The kids are playing with hoses to cool themselves off during a two month old heat wave. But when Archie grabs the hoses away from the girls, Mr. Lodge sees the water falling like rain and believes the drought is over. He then calls a neighbor to claim a bet between the two men that the drought is over in "Heat Rave"!
